By creating an account or using springfit you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the account holder) and springfit Pty Ltd.

You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Notify us immediately at security@springfit.ai of any unauthorised access.

Use springfit lawfully and in good faith.

Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

Don't use the service to send spam, illegal content, or to violate others' rights.

Plans are billed monthly, bi-annually or annually as selected in your dashboard.

Pricing is shown on the pricing page and is exclusive of payment processing fees from Stripe.

You can change or cancel your plan anytime — pro-rated where applicable.

Form and Flex tiers include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Outside of that window, fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You own your data. We are a processor acting on your instructions.

You can export your data anytime via dashboard or API.

On cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days for export then permanently deleted (subject to legal retention requirements).

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Status & history live at status.springfit.ai.

Planned maintenance is announced 7+ days in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, springfit's total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We're not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice.

We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach (e.g., unpaid fees after notice, abuse of service).

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Disputes will be heard in Sydney courts unless we both agree otherwise.

We'll email account owners 30 days before any material change to these terms.
