Can I change plans?+

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are pro-rated, so you only pay the difference. There are no penalties for changing plans.

What if I cancel?+

You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. All Form and Flex plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied, we'll refund your money, no questions asked. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

Are there setup fees?+

No setup fees, ever. Unlike competitors who charge $500–$1,000 for setup, springfit is free to get started. You can begin onboarding immediately after signing up.

What about transaction fees?+

springfit uses Stripe for payment processing. Flow tier: 5.5% cap (no per-transaction fee). Form tier: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Flex tier: 2.7% + $0.30. Enterprise: negotiable (as low as 2.0%). We don't add fees on top of Stripe's rates — what you see is what you pay.

Do you offer discounts?+

Yes! Annual payment saves 15%, bi-annual saves 10%. We also offer 20% discount for non-profits, 15% for education, and 10–15% for switching from competitors. Referral discounts give both parties 10% off for 12 months.

Can we do a trial?+

Absolutely! Flow tier is completely free to start — no credit card required. Form and Flex tiers include a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can also start Flow and upgrade to paid tiers anytime.

What if we outgrow our plan?+

Upgrading is instant and seamless. Click "Upgrade" in your dashboard, pay only the pro-rated difference, and all new features are available immediately. No data migration needed, no disruption to operations.

What's the contract length?+

Month-to-month by default — no long-term commitment required. You can cancel with 30 days notice. If you pay annually or bi-annually for the discount, your pricing is locked for that period.

What happens if I exceed member limits?+

You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. We never shut off your account — your members can always book classes. You simply need to upgrade within 30 days to continue using premium features.

You do. 100% of your data belongs to you. You can export it anytime in CSV, JSON, or via API. If you cancel, your data remains available for 30 days for export.

Yes! We provide migration guides for self-service migration. Professional data migration service is available for $199 one-time fee — we handle the entire migration from your old system to springfit.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and debit cards. Annual and bi-annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer for large studios.

Will prices change?+

We provide 30-day notice for any price changes. If you're on an annual contract, your price is locked for the year. Month-to-month customers get 30 days notice and can cancel if they prefer.
